Right of withdrawal

14-day withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from the purchase of catalog products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, notify us by email (see the imprint page) within the period and return the items unused. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exemption: custom prints (personalized goods)

Custom prints are produced to your personal specification from the image you upload. Under Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This is stated before you order on the custom print page.

Exemption: digital content

For STL files, the right of withdrawal expires when the download begins, with your prior express consent and acknowledgement given at checkout (Art. 16(m)).
